  • Comfortable running high-level strategy chats with execs and diving into detailed discovery sessions with end users.
  • Able to break down complex ideas into clear, useful documents and presentations that drive action.
  • Strong at turning vague requirements into structured, testable goals that make sense for the business.
  • Well-versed in how different business models work, what drives revenue, and how to show real ROI.
  • Big on user empathy - always focused on understanding pain points and advocating for the best possible experience.
