• Experience in Product Management within a technical environment.

Responsibilities

• Define long-term product vision and lead Product Life Cycle Management.
• Identify market opportunities and drive innovation.
• Lead, mentor, and inspire Product Managers.
• Drive product adoption and ensure continuous improvement.
• Oversee product launches and monitor performance using KPIs.
• Manage cost targets and ensure commercial success.
• Communicate insights to senior management and stakeholders.
• Occasional travel for customer visits and training.
