January start for an experienced Private Funds Lawyer to join a top tier law firm on a 12 month contract in their Knowledge Management team. Hybrid working (3 / 2) with competitive salary package.

The Global Funds Group advises fund managers across private equity, real estate, debt and credit markets on a range of structuring and fund-raising matters.

As an integral part of the firm's Global Private Funds Group you will be responsible for :

  • updating and improving global knowledge resources, ensuring consistency and best practice compliance across global operations
  • identifying opportunities for innovation and process improvements
  • maintaining templates and other documentation
  • working closely with Partners and fee earners
  • contributing to thought leadership pieces and representing the firm at industry events
  • monitoring regulatory developments and coordinating the group's education program
  • support with preparation for client briefings and pitches

To be considered for this role you will have a depth of experience as a Funds Lawyer, having trained at a similar high profile law firm coupled with subsequent experience as a fee earner, in Knowledge Management or in-house. You will bring strong technical knowledge coupled with strong stakeholder management skills.
