An independent construction company in Norwich seeks a Senior/Principal Structural Engineer to lead a variety of structural design projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in buildings structural design and communication skills, while also being Chartered or working towards it. An excellent benefits package, including private health benefits, is offered alongside a competitive salary of £50k-£60k.

As a multi-discipline practice, their structural design work is incredibly varied, both in sector and scale, from small energy projects to multi million pound buildings developments.
A varied buildings structural design background is required, along with excellent communication skills. You should be Chartered or working towards this status. Ability to run projects and mentor graduates is essential.
The practice is ISO accredited, employee owned and has Investors In People status, ensuring people are at the heart of what they do. Progress and excellence are constantly strived for. The Norwich team has around 45 staff.
