The successful candidate will play a key role in both project delivery and business development, supporting senior leadership in client engagement, attending networking events, and gradually taking ownership of key relationships. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead project delivery across a range of structural schemes

• Represent the business in design team meetings and site visits
