What You Will Do

As a Senior Principal Electronics Engineer you will operate as a technical authority guiding teams maturing design capability and ensuring compliance is built in. You will:

  • Lead modular electronics transformation and platform strategy
  • Direct day‑to‑day technical delivery across global teams
  • Ensure full compliance to DO‑254 / ARP‑4754
  • Act as a specialist in requirements management & traceability
  • Influence system architecture from concept through certification
  • Translate safety & hazard analysis into robust technical requirements
  • Strengthen lifecycle discipline and engineering quality at scale

This is a role for someone who owns outcomes, raises standards and drives alignment through technical authority. You are:

  • Effective at leading distributed and remote‑enabled teams

Qualifications We Prefer
  • Expert level communication skills able to communicate at all levels of the organization (design team, customer, executive, etc.) and tailor communication for the intended audience
  • Experience driving functional change through technical leadership
  • Expert domain knowledge of electronics design compliant with RTCA / DO‑254 and ARP‑4754
  • Deep experience developing with the V model and requirements management
  • Extensive experience of detailed electronics design for aerospace applications
  • Proven experience across the full development life‑cycle from concept to certification
Experience Managing Globally Distributed Development Teams

Experience with managing safety requirements, working with functional hazard assessments and decomposing them to design.
