Everseen is seeking a PreSales Engineer to be the technical storyteller for customers across EMEA. You will demonstrate our vision AI solutions, tailor technical demonstrations, and lead PoCs to showcase real-world impact.

This role requires strong enterprise SaaS experience and a passion for customer success. You will work with Go-To-Market, Operations, Engineering and Product teams to craft solutions, document best practices, and stay ahead of AI/retail tech developments.

Competenze

• 7–10 years in technical sales, presales or solution engineering with enterprise customers.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Engineering, Computer Science or Business Technology or equivalent.
• Knowledge of AI and its use in retail; strong technical acumen about product features.
• Passion for delivering best-in-class customer experience and value.
• Experience developing innovative, enterprise-grade solutions in a fast-paced, global org.
• Ability to understand customer culture, needs and requirements.
• Experience of advanced data analytics and forecasting key account metrics.
• Fluent English; travel expectations with this role.

• Deliver customized demonstrations of our technology to technical and business stakeholders.
• Own the technical components of the sales process for a seamless journey.
• Engage with customer CTOs and technical leaders to build trust in our solution.
• Lead presales for strategic enterprise accounts and define tailored technical solutions.
• Act as SME on our product, providing deep technical insights and data insights.
• Provide technical consultation via presentations, designs, demos, and PoCs.
• Lead PoC design, execution, and presentation to senior stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Go-To-Market, Operations, Engineering and Product teams to share knowledge.
