Synthesia is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer to build the presales function across France and Southern EMEA. You’ll partner with AEs, Customer Success and Product Marketing to run discovery, deliver demos, scope POCs and design technical solutions for deals.

You will shape playbooks, tooling and best practices as a founding SE, influencing product direction while scaling customer engagement and value delivery across regions.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of pre-sales or solutions engineering in SaaS.
• Strong discovery, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Technical depth in APIs, integrations, security, and compliance.
• Fluent in presenting to executives and technical audiences.
• Willing to travel and base in Paris or London.

Aufgaben

• Own sales-cycle discovery calls and demos; scope POCs.
• Design and deliver demos and business value stories for stakeholders.
• Address technical objections; outline solution paths for objections.
• Support multi-stakeholder workshops; align with buyer's tech strategy.
• Collaborate with AEs, Product Marketing, Customer Success; contribute to assets.
