Semrush UK Ltd. is seeking a dynamic professional to lead strategic transformation and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-growing environment.

You will bridge traditional SEO with AI-driven visibility, validate technical solutions, and craft compelling business narratives for executive buyers. In this role you will co-pilot with Account Executives, showcase Semrush data within Digital Experience stacks, and help position Semrush above competitors with a strong, collaborative approach to

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Spanish, French, and English is a must.
• Ability to articulate the strategic shift from traditional SEO to AI-driven visibility.
• Experience in technical solution validation and objection handling.
• Strong storytelling skills to connect technical problems with business solutions.
• Experience in co-pilot selling and collaboration with Account Executives.
• Knowledge of how Semrush data integrates into Digital Experience stacks.
• Ability to position Semrush against competitors effectively.
• Collaborative mindset to work with Product teams for continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Transformation: Communicate the shift from traditional SEO to AI-driven visibility to C-Level executives.
• Technical Validation: Own the technical solution validation process, including deep-dive discovery and proof of concepts.
• Storytelling: Transform complex technical challenges into compelling business solutions for executive buyers.
• Co-Pilot Selling: Collaborate with Account Executives to maximize sales opportunities.
• Ecosystem Integration: Showcase how Semrush data fits into broader Digital Experience stacks.
• Competitive Displacement: Position Semrush against legacy SEO platforms with our superior UI and automation capabilities.
• Feedback Loop: Work with Product teams to translate client feedback into product enhancements.
