Job summary

Duvo is expanding its pre-sales team across Europe and the US. You will own the technical story in deals, run discovery workshops with ops and IT, and design pilots that convert interest into signed contracts.

You’ll collaborate closely with Account Executives, shape the pre-sales playbook, and hand off to Forward Deployed Engineering after a pilot is signed. This senior individual contributor role requires hands-on AI experience, strong discovery skills, and clear communication across

Qualifications

• 5+ years in pre-sales, solutions engineering or enterprise automation.
• Hands-on with modern AI systems and enterprise workflows.
• Strong discovery and systems thinking across operations, IT or finance.
• Fluent English and willingness to travel to customer sites.
• Comfortable with APIs, JSON, webhooks, SQL, and light scripting.

Responsibilities

• Run discovery and process mapping with customer teams and define pilot scope.
• Link solution to measurable business outcomes: margin, capital, revenue, cycle time.
• Build and demo pilots using customer data and write-back targets.
• Own the technical evaluation including security, sizing, RFPs, IT concerns.
• Guide platform testing and early workflows, resolving issues promptly.
• Push back on unrealistic scope or timelines to protect value.
• Stay in the deal through pilot delivery and hand off to engineering.
• Create reusable demos, runbooks, and discovery patterns.
