Job summary

Darling Moo Talent Limited in Cambridge is seeking a Senior Technical Solutions Engineer to blend deep technical expertise with customer-facing work. You will lead workshops, run demos and help engineering teams adopt new technology with confidence.

You’ll collaborate with sales, product and engineering to deliver demonstrations, lead technical evaluations, support onboarding and act as a trusted advisor throughout adoption.

Qualifications

• Experience applying machine learning to engineering optimisation or design exploration.
• Familiarity with GT-SUITE and Simcenter CAE tools.
• Degree in engineering or related discipline; Master’s preferred.
• Experience in aerospace or automotive engineering.

Responsibilities

• Lead pre-sales technical engagements, discovery workshops and tailored demonstrations.
• Scope and run technical evaluations, PoCs and pilot projects.
• Support customers across the engineering V-cycle in automotive, commercial vehicle, off-highway and powertrain applications.
• Deliver technical presentations, proposals and supporting collateral.
• Guide customers through onboarding, deployment and long-term adoption.
• Provide insight to internal engineering and product teams to influence future development.
• Represent the organisation at customer meetings and industry events in the UK and internationally.
