Social Work Advanced Practitioner within Quality Assurance Team in Barnsley, earning £37 hourly. This is an exciting locum opportunity for an experienced social work professional ready to make a difference. You’ll join our Quality Assurance Team and work 30 hours per week, with a flexible hybrid working arrangement combining office and remote tasks. What you will do:

  • Lead and support full case file audit cycles, ensuring the highest quality across children’s social care
  • Initiate and manage thematic dip sample audits to continuously assess and improve service quality
  • Support the development and maintenance of policy and procedure within the Tri X repository
  • Develop information and documentation promoting effective sharing of audit learning across services
  • Track, manage, and report on the progress of actions derived from audits, using performance data to inform future audits and dive themes
  • Contribute service-specific quality assurance information into governance systems as part of a collaborative team
  • Play a key role in inspection readiness activities and arrangements, ensuring services are always prepared
