We take an analytical approach to research, deploying economic modelling, data analysis, and opinion research to shape effective policy, create strategy, and deliver communications with impact.
At Public First, we help some of the world’s most influential organisations navigate the fast‑changing policy landscape. Our Tech, Media & Telecoms (TMT) team works on the issues that define the digital age—from AI regulation and online safety to media plurality and the future of connectivity.
We’re looking for a Senior Policy Manager who wants more than just a job. You’ll have the freedom to shape ideas, produce thought leadership, and influence debates on the biggest challenges facing tech, telecoms and media today.
We are committed to equality, diversity and inclusion, and particularly encourage applications from candidates with disabilities and candidates from ethnic minority backgrounds.
We operate a hybrid working model, with a mix of home and office working. Our main office is based in Victoria. Many of us, including the founders, have young children and we work hard to be genuinely family‑friendly.
Salary will depend on experience. For this role we expect salary to range from £45,000-£65,000 for a Senior Policy Manager, depending on candidate experience.
