Job summary

Partnerize is seeking a Senior Platform Engineer to own deployment architecture and drive our Kubernetes platform maturity. You’ll collaborate with TechOps on on-prem deployments, shaping self-service workflows, and implementing CI/CD pipelines for safe, rapid production delivery.

Join a hands-on role with real impact, owning guardrails, migration strategies, and day-to-day platform stability while delivering value to production environments at scale.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong, demonstrable experience with Ansible: roles, inventories, vault, idempotency.
• Comfortable with Docker and Docker Compose in production environments.
• Understanding of networking fundamentals.
• Strong scripting ability: Bash and Python.
• Experience with GitOps tooling: ArgoCD or Flux.
• Experience with observability tooling (Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, Alertmanager).
• Ability to think creatively within constraints and plan pragmatically.

Responsibilities

• BAU & Platform Stability: maintain deployment automation and runbooks.
• Kubernetes: shape engineering self-service workflows and migrate workloads to Kubernetes.
• Build deployment pipelines: establish CI/CD workflows for Kubernetes deployments.
• Implement observability: metrics, logging, alerts in namespaces.
