Responsibilities
- Lead Inventory Management for Kate Spade Europe across E‑commerce and Retail channels.
- Conduct Monthly Sales Reforecasting against OTB plans, supporting evaluation of business performance and updating: Sales, Shipments, Inventory, GM% (Gross Margin), DR% (Discount Rate) & Stock Turn.
- Drive Regional Inventory Optimisation aligned with product lifecycle initiatives.
- Publish department‑level seasonal OTB targets.
- Support Inventory Strategy for carryover vs seasonal (NOOS management), in‑season trading, and lead risk and opportunity discussions.
- Ensure Planning System accuracy and timely delivery of monthly outputs.
- Partner with Buying and Allocation Teams to move aged inventory through appropriate channels.
- Prepare and present inventory overviews during weekly trade meetings and monthly global updates.
- Collaborate with Finance to align short‑ and long‑term sales, gross margin, and inventory targets, support monthly planning for collaborative alignment.
- Act as Key Liaison with Global Inventory Partner in New York for all Kate Spade EMEI inventory queries.
- Maintain Analytical and Reporting Tools to meet required outputs.
Qualifications
- University degree.
- 2+ years of Merchandise Planning / Inventory Management experience.
- Organised and analytical with strong attention to detail.
- Advanced computer skills in Excel and retail planning systems e.g. RPAS, Cora, SAP.
- Knowledge of the fashion or accessories luxury goods market.
- Ability to manage own workload and effectively focus on multiple priorities.
- Excellent collaborator with the desire to achieve team objectives and goals.
