Job summary

Carnival UK is seeking a Senior Consultant in People Transformation and Change to support cross-cutting People initiatives within Organisational Development. You will partner with programme teams, People colleagues and senior stakeholders to enable effective planning, implementation and adoption across multiple change programmes.

The role requires strong analytical skills and experience in designing change plans, communications and adoption activities, with a hybrid working arrangement offering

Qualifications

• Experience supporting organisational or people-related change initiatives within a complex environment.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to assess impacts, dependencies and risks.
• Experience producing change plans, communications, engagement materials, reports and documentation.
• Ability to manage a varied workload and support multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of People change initiatives through disciplined execution of plans, timelines and governance.
• Conduct discovery and impact assessment activities, including data gathering and risk analysis.
• Design change implementation plans, communications, engagement materials and adoption activities.
• Produce change reporting and metrics to track progress and benefits realization.
