Job summary

Carnival UK is seeking a Manager, People Transformation and Change to lead major transformation programmes within the People team. This role will partner with senior leaders to define problems, design solutions and deliver sustainable change that enhances colleague experience.

The role requires strong change management, influence across levels and hands-on delivery, with exposure to HR systems and People technology. Hybrid work is offered, with up to two days from home.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience delivering change management in HR or organisational development.
• Proven ability to lead complex transformation initiatives with hands-on delivery.
• Experience influencing senior stakeholders and guiding organisations through change.
• Experience implementing HR systems or People technology is desirable.

• Lead high-profile People transformation and change initiatives.
