Carnival UK seeks a Senior Manager, Business Change to drive enterprise change across our transformation portfolio. You will own the enterprise-wide view of change, ensuring cumulative impact is understood, coordinated and deliverable, while mentoring champions and guiding governance through complex programs.

The role emphasizes strategic communication, stakeholder management and a strong track record in large-scale transformations within matrix organisations and multi-project settings.

Qualifications

• Proven track record leading business change teams across large-scale transformations.
• Experience architecting change strategy across multiple projects or programmes.
• Experience advising senior stakeholders on sequencing and trade-offs.

Responsibilities

• Define and govern enterprise business change strategy and framework at portfolio level.
• Mentor change champions with guidance, principles and objectives.
• Maintain a forward-looking view of cumulative change impacts across teams.
• Provide decision-ready insights on risks, dependencies and readiness constraints.
• Support change impact, readiness reporting and communications strategy.
• Collaborate with change delivery roles to embed effective change management.
