Carnival UK is seeking a Manager, People Transformation and Change to lead major transformation initiatives across the People function. You will partner with senior leaders, design change strategies and use data to drive sustainable outcomes that improve colleague experience and engagement.

The role offers hybrid working with up to two days from home and a 12-month fixed-term contract at CUK07 level, requiring proven experience in change management and stakeholder influence.

Formación

• Experience delivering change management in People/HR or organisational development.
• Ability to lead complex transformation initiatives with strategic and hands-on delivery.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and manage resistance during change.
• Experience implementing HR systems or People tech is desirable.
