Job summary

Carnival UK is seeking a Manager, People Transformation and Change to drive significant people-focused change within our Organisational Development function. The role offers hybrid working with up to two days from home and sits at CUK07 level for a 12-month FTC.

You will lead high-profile transformation, partner with senior leaders, design effective change strategies and use data to improve colleague experiences and outcomes across the business.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable experience delivering change management within a People, HR or organisational development environment.
• Proven ability to lead complex transformation initiatives, balancing strategic thinking with hands-on delivery.
• Experience influencing senior stakeholders, managing resistance and guiding organisations through periods of change.
• Experience implementing HR systems, People technology or business-wide transformation programmes is highly desirable.
