Job summary

Carnival UK is seeking a Senior Manager, Business Change to lead enterprise-wide change across our finance transformation portfolio. You will own the enterprise view of change, ensuring it lands well and maximises ROI while coordinating across business and technology streams.

You will mentor change champions, manage dependencies, and provide decision-ready insights for senior governance forums. The role offers hybrid working with up to two days from home and a strong development focus.

Qualifications

• Proven track record leading business change teams across large-scale transformations.
• Experience architecting change strategy across multiple projects at portfolio level.
• Advising senior stakeholders on sequencing and trade-offs.
• Background in business, organisational change, transformation, HR, operations or related.
• Formal change/portfolio management training (Prosci, APM, PMI, MSP or Agile change).

Responsibilities

• Define and govern the enterprise business change strategy and framework at portfolio level.
• Mentor and coach change champions with guidance and objectives.
• Maintain forward-looking view of cumulative change impacts across teams and enterprise.
• Provide decision-ready insight on risks, dependencies and readiness constraints.
• Support change impact, readiness reporting and communications strategy across the business.
• Collaborate with change delivery roles to embed effective change management in programmes.
• Assure coherence and quality of change planning and build organisational capability.
