Carnival UK seeks a Senior Consultant, People Transformation and Change to support Organisational Development initiatives across Carnival UK. You will partner with programme teams, People colleagues and senior stakeholders to plan, implement and drive adoption of change across multiple programmes.

This role offers a hybrid work pattern, with up to two days from home, and is positioned to influence colleague experience and benefits realization through disciplined change delivery.

Role Overview

Sitting within Organisational Development, this role supports People initiatives that modernise how colleagues across Carnival UK work, learn and grow. You will work across concurrent change programmes, partnering with programme teams, People colleagues and senior stakeholders to support effective planning, implementation and adoption.

• Supporting the delivery of People change initiatives through disciplined execution of agreed plans, timelines and governance.
• Conducting discovery and impact assessment activity, including data gathering and analysis of risks, impacts and dependencies.
• Designing change implementation plans, communications, engagement materials and adoption activities.
• Producing change reporting, metrics and feedback to track progress and support assessment of benefits realisation.

This role is positioned at CUK08 level within our organisation and is available on a full-time, permanent basis. We offer hybrid work including up to two days from home.
