Job summary

Digital Delivered in the United Kingdom is looking for a consultant to help clients build leadership capability, behaviours and ways of working that make transformation succeed. You’ll work directly with clients, from understanding their readiness for change through to helping teams adopt new approaches on live programmes.

Qualifications

• Experience in organisational change, culture or people consulting, or leading transformation in-house.
• A track record supporting technology or digital transformation.
• Strong facilitation skills and credibility with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead change diagnostics through interviews, surveys and focus groups.
• Facilitate workshops and coach leaders and internal change champions.
• Turn findings into practical plans senior stakeholders can act on.
• Help shape and grow our People & Change practice.
