We are currently recruiting for a Senior People Business Partner to join our Asda People team. This role will require some travel across a defined geographical area. "Find your role" As a Senior People Business Partnerand a key player in shaping and delivering the People Plan, you will focus on executing operational basics and talent strategy and management. You will partner across a high profile operational division (multi-site, multi geography and with a wide senior stakeholder group) as well as leading a team People Partners to deliver the people priorities. Partnering up to C‑Suite level (will work closely with an Exec member and their senior leadership team). Particular focus on : Leading and coordinating large scale and cross functional change initiatives (inc consultation activity), Talent management and succession planning
To ensure we balance moments where we know we need to collaborate together and the need for flexibility, Asda has a hybrid way of working with a minimum 3 days a week in one of our Home Offices. Over and above this, each area of Asda may have additional requirements which may require spending more days in the office, visiting suppliers, stores or depots.
