Job Description

We’re growing our Projects team and looking for a Senior Pensions Projects Specialist to help deliver complex, high‑value DB pension projects in a fast‑moving, award‑winning organisation.

Hybrid - Northern Ireland, Scotland, Greater Manchester or fully remote working.

About the role

You’ll manage your own portfolio of clients and lead a wide range of specialist projects, including:

  • Buy‑in/Buy‑out support and data preparation
  • Benefit audits, analysis and rectification
  • Data cleansing and correction
  • GMP reconciliation, rectification and equalisation
  • Legal/technical reviews and insurer/PPF transfer work
  • Timeline management, project budgeting and Trustee reporting
  • Calculation testing, QA and ad‑hoc administration support
About You
  • Strong DB pension administration experience
  • Strong technical knowledge of DB legislation and regulation
  • Experience delivering a range of pension projects
  • Excellent communication skills and a solutions‑focused mindset
  • Desirable: GMP experience and/or knowledge of the PPF
