Qualifications

• Previous experience of working within an Employee Services/Payroll role.
• Ability to plan own workload to meet deadlines.
• Significant experience of AFC, Medical & Dental Contracts, HMRC regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manage and administer a payroll and pensions portfolio.
• Provide accurate payroll calculations and timely payments.
• Support administration assistants and team members.

Skills

Experience of Oracle

Excellent understanding of statutory legislation

Knowledge of IT

Confident use of Word, Excel and Outlook

Customer service skills

Education

5 GCSEs at grades A-C, including English and Maths

Qualification within Payroll (NPC, CIPP) or equivalent
