A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE
  • Ensure contractual SLAs are met and customer requirements fulfilled.
  • Maintain effective communication at all levels.
  • Use KPIs and data to measure and drive performance daily, weekly, monthly, and annually.
  • Lead and manage operational and administration teams using OMS tools.
  • Identify new business opportunities, including cost modeling and implementation support.
  • Oversee Health & Safety and environmental compliance within operations.
  • Deliver a safe, secure, and fair work environment and maintain HSMS audit standards.
