A prominent Wealth Management firm in the UK is seeking an Operations Manager for Reconciliations & Custody. This role involves overseeing cash and asset reconciliations, managing a small team, and ensuring accurate daily production. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of Investment Operations experience and essential knowledge of CASS 6 & 7. Advanced Excel skills are required, along with knowledge of Autorek, SQL, and Power BI being desirable. Qualifications

• 5+ years of Investment Operations experience.
• Highly proficient in cash and asset reconciliations.
• Knowledge of CASS 6 & 7 is essential.
• Team supervisory experience required.
• Advanced level of knowledge with Excel.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight of cash and asset reconciliations processes.
• Liaise with CASS team for accurate daily calculations.
• Supervise a small team and identify process improvements.
• Develop comprehensive MI for cash and assets.
• Assist on projects across the Investment Management business.
