Job summary

Yolk Recruitment Ltd in Lydney is seeking a Senior IT Support Technician to join its on-site team. This hands-on role acts as the escalation point for complex IT issues, supporting stability and improvements of local IT services across endpoints and infrastructure.

You'll work with Windows environments, Active Directory, Exchange and security controls, mentor junior staff, and lead site IT projects. A full driving licence is required.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years hands-on IT support experience, enterprise/manufacturing context preferred.
• Experience with Windows environments, AD/Exchange, identity management.

Responsibilities

• Act as senior escalation point for complex on-site IT incidents.
• Own high-impact issues from diagnosis to root cause and permanent fix.
• Support on-site infrastructure, end-user computing, and manufacturing-adjacent systems.
