Are you a qualified Occupational Health Nurse Advisor with proven experience in an occupational health setting and ready to take on a role in a dynamic, nurse-led service? We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our innovative occupational health team, where your clinical expertise and leadership skills will drive health and wellbeing initiatives for NHS staff across South West Yorkshire Partnership Teaching Trust and our partner Trusts.
In this role, you will not only work independently carrying out complex management referral assessments, pre-employment assessments, and providing expert advice via our clinician helpline, but you will also take a proactive and collaborative role in service development, mentoring colleagues, and ensuring clinical governance standards are met. You will champion best practice, support decision-making, and contribute to strategic planning to enhance the quality and reach of our service., You will collaborate closely with an experienced multi-disciplinary teamincluding RMNs, physiotherapists, OTs, and counsellorswhile acting as a key point of clinical leadership within the nurse-led model.
