Are you a registered nurse with a proven track record of implementing/sustaining changes within your clinical area? Are you looking for a new challenge, and are interested in having a key role in supporting the implementation of the digital strategy within BCUHB? If so an exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Nursing Informatics team.
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the biggest digital transformation within BCUHB to date. The post holder will help support the Electronic Prescribing and Medicines Administration (ePMA) operational group with the implementation of the ePMA system.
The ePMA system will transform the way that medication is prescribed and how nurses and midwives administer medication, making current practices more efficient. The post holder will play a key role in the planning of staff engagement sessions, and providing training and support in the clinical areas for all staff groups- before, during and after the system is implemented. They will be expected to take an active role in promoting engagement throughout the organisation and convey the benefits of digital working.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.
