Role: Senior NPD Project Manager

Location: West London (Hybrid)

Are you an experienced project manager with a passion for bringing new products to market? This is a fantastic opportunity to join a high-growth organisation and play a key role in delivering an exciting innovation pipeline across EMEA.

Position Overview

We’re looking for an accomplished NPD Project Manager to oversee the end-to-end delivery of innovation, productivity, and optimisation projects. You’ll manage a small team, working with commercial, supply chain, and operational stakeholders to ensure projects land on time, in full, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the planning and delivery of NPD, supply optimisation, and productivity projects from concept to launch.
  • Manage, coach, and develop a small team of project managers to achieve objectives and maintain high standards.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders across multiple regions.
  • Monitor project performance, analyse data, and report on progress to inform decision-making.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, resolving issues quickly to keep projects on track.
  • Champion process improvements and efficiencies to enhance delivery across the portfolio.
  • Contribute to the wider NPD strategy, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
About You
  • Proven experience managing complex projects within an FMCG or similar fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of NPD processes and supply chain dynamics.
  • Skilled in stakeholder management, communication, and influencing across functions and regions.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, SAP or similar).
  • A natural organiser with attention to detail, resilience, and a solutions-focused mindset.
  • Experience leading and developing small teams.
