Responsibilities

  • Manage 1 Platinum or 2 Gold accounts for substantial revenue.
  • Act as primary client relationship owner, focusing on satisfaction.
  • Spend time on-site with clients to understand their businesses.
  • Lead and mentor Key Account Managers (KAMs) and Regional Account Managers (RAMs).
  • Deliver tailored account strategies for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Monitor account performance and implement retention solutions.
  • Collaborate with sales and operations for client success.
  • Report on account performance metrics and financials.
