Emtec Building Services is a leading national contractor with a reputation for delivering high-quality M&E projects through our expert in-house team. We’re known for innovative solutions and exceeding client expectations.

Now, we’re looking for an experienced Mechanical Project Manager / Senior Mechanical Project Manager to join our Uddingston office and lead the delivery of exciting projects across Glasgow and beyond.

The Role

As Project Manager, you won’t just be overseeing projects, you’ll be leading teams, building relationships, and shaping the future of our work. You’ll take ownership from start to finish, ensuring projects run safely, smoothly, and to the highest standards, while supporting the development of your people and spotting opportunities to grow the business.

What you’ll be doing
  • Leading site teams and ensuring compliance with H&S, environmental and quality standards

  • Managing budgets, reporting, and delivering projects on time and within scope

  • Overseeing variations and tendering additional works when required

  • Mentoring your team, driving performance, and encouraging growth

  • Building strong client relationships that create repeat opportunities

  • Offering technical support to clients and site teams throughout project delivery

What you’ll bring
  • Proven M&E project management experience with strong mechanical expertise

  • HNC (or equivalent) in Building Services Engineering or related discipline preferred

  • Commercial, design, financial, and delivery know-how across contracts

  • Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills

  • A proactive, client-focused approach with a passion for quality
