Managing project teams, including Mechanical Project Managers, Site Managers, and Supervisors.

• Overseeing programme, budget, and commercial performance of projects.
• Working closely with clients, consultants, and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Reviewing and managing design development, technical submissions, and procurement strategies.
• Ensuring QA, compliance, and commissioning processes meet healthcare and HTM standards.
• Identifying and resolving technical and programme risks.
• Ensuring all works are delivered safely and in line with company and site procedures.
• Attending client meetings and senior management reviews.
• Proven experience delivering mechanical packages on healthcare projects (hospitals, clinics, laboratories).
