  • Record progress against the construction programme.
  • Monitor site resources to match the construction programme.

Salter Grange are currently recruiting for a Senior Mechanical Engineer to be part of a high-performing team on a mission-critical project in London.

The Senior Mechanical Engineer will be joining a Specialist M&E Engineering contractor involved in projects such as Pharmaceutical, Data Centre & Healthcare and be part of a hard-working ambitious team and you will benefit from a supportive culture, where your ideas and contributions will be recognised.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare risk assessments, method statements and all aspects relating to Health and Safety on site.
  • Liaise with the design team and supply chain to ensure correct operation of the plant on site and successful handover.
  • Ensuring that the technical issues are resolved without delay.
  • Attend and record regular supply chain meetings to ensure that progress is monitored and maintained within the overall construction programme.
  • Monitor and record progress on site against the construction programme.
  • Undertake regular meetings with the supply chain to maintain progress and to ensure resources are matched to the construction programme.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree Educated
  • At least 5 years’ experience in a construction management role
  • Excellent preconstruction and design experience with all Mechanical Systems
