The Role

As an Associate Mechanical Engineer, you will lead projects, guide multidisciplinary teams, and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners. What You’ll Be Doing

• Acting as a key client contact, building and maintaining strong professional relationships
• Leading major project delivery, from brief development through to completion
• Supporting bid preparation, contributing to work winning and developing new opportunities
• Taking responsibility for project profitability, quality, and technical excellence
• Coordinating design activities across multiple disciplines
• Delegating, managing and reviewing the work of engineers and specialists
• Leading, supporting and developing team members, contributing to long‑term capability and succession planning

About You

• Strong experience as a Mechanical Engineer delivering complex building services projects
