Qualifications

• Experience in New Product Introduction (NPI) and New Product Development (NPD) roles within electronics assembly.
• Experience in PCB/cable assembly or electronics box build.
• Proven experience in a similar position.

Responsibilities

• Lead the NPI Development team and liaise with design staff.
• Ensure quality and delivery of new parts to the highest standards.
• Oversee prototype builds, prepare documentation and participate in PFMEAs and DFMEs.

Skills

Experience with PCBA

Leading a manufacturing or production team

NPI and NPD experience

ERP/MRP systems (SAP Preferred)

Awareness of electronic assembly techniques

Education

Engineering Degree or equivalent
