Role Overview

Palladium Digital is seeking an experienced Senior Manager to help drive both the growth and delivery aspects of Palladium’s Value Creation team. At the core, Palladium’s Value Creation team are a specialist technology and digital consulting practice, partnering with Private Equity-backed businesses to unlock value and accelerate growth. Our Value Creation work is focused around three methods of support: Performance Diagnostics, Design and Planning, and Execution. The goal is to rapidly identify performance improvements and implement practical technology, data and AI solutions that deliver revenue growth and / or efficiency gains to portfolio businesses.

This is a pivotal role, reporting to the Head of Value Creation, with responsibility for leading client engagements, managing high-performing teams, and supporting the growth of our practice. The ideal candidate will combine strong consulting experience with deep technology and digital acumen, and a passion for delivering measurable impact for clients.

Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Practice Growth
  • Support go-to-market initiatives, including proposal development, client presentations, and relationship building with private equity sponsors and portfolio companies.
  • Contribute to the development of new service offerings and thought leadership.
  • Nurture existing client relationships and explore opportunities to cross sell and upsell during engagements.
Project Delivery
  • Scope, cost and lead the end-to-end delivery of technology-centric strategy, commercial improvement, and digital transformation projects for private equity-backed businesses.
  • Oversee the design and implementation of data, analytics, product, and technology solutions to drive business value to the client whilst unlocking further opportunities for advisory and implementation support.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Orchestrate multidisciplinary resources across strategy, dig.ital, technology and product to deliver effective and impactful outcomes
Financial & Resource Management
  • Manage project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and profitability tracking.
  • Allocate and oversee resources, managing teams of managers, senior consultants and analysts to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Mentor and develop team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
Stakeholder Engagement
  • Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders at all levels, acting as a key point of contact throughout project lifecycles.
  • Communicate complex concepts and recommendations clearly and persuasively to multi-layered stakeholder environments.
  • Operate as a conduit between private equity sponsors and portfolio company management teams.
Required Experience & Skills
  • 6+ years’ experience in a consulting role, ideally within a top-tier or specialist advisory firm.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex technology and digital centric projects to client stakeholders.
  • Strong commercial acumen and experience managing project financials.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teams that are multidisciplinary by design
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Deep understanding of technology, digital transformation, and data-driven value creation.
  • Experience working with private equity clients is advantageous but not essential.
  • Degree qualified in a relevant discipline; further professional qualifications (e.g., MBA, CFA, PMP) are a plus.
  • Right to work in the UK.
Compensation & Benefits
  • Annual salary of £75-£90k
  • Sales Bonus – 5% of first contract value for net new clients
  • Private Health Insurance – annual premium paid by Palladium, single cover policy
  • Performance Bonus – annual discretionary performance-based bonus
  • Pension - Palladium will contribute 3% to your 5% employee contribution
