The Powered Apps teams are communities of technology focussed professionals who work together to deliver KPMG Powered Enterprise though a standardised delivery model, which drives professional delivery to clients. The teams use their functional knowledge and experience (e.g. Finance, HR, Procurement), coupled with their expertise in the cloud applications (e.g. SuccessFactors, Workday, ServiceNow HRSD, Coupa) to lead and deliver client programmes, support pre-sales activities and develop improvement and extensions to Powered Enterprise
As our HR Technology practice continues to grow, we are actively seeking experienced professionals with a strong background in SuccessFactors implementations, particularly across Employee Central, Time Management and Employee Central Payroll (ECP).
This is a high-impact role within our team, combining business development and sales origination with hands‑on client delivery. We are looking for individuals who bring deep solution expertise and configuration experience across Employee Central and ECP, and who are comfortable operating in both strategic and technical capacities.
You will play a key role in shaping and delivering complex HR transformations, leveraging SuccessFactors to drive value for our clients.
The successful candidate will be expected to:
Expected to be a role model to the wider team by showcasing our values and principles, leading from the front and by example. Assisting with goal development and coaching of staff to enable the growth of the junior management team within our practice.
Liaise with stakeholders across the People practice, cross collaborating with other teams, ensuring opportunities are shared and explored to maximise our offering to clients.
