This role leads strategic storytelling as a core driver of segment growth. As Senior Manager, Strategic Storytelling & Positioning, you will develop customer‑led narratives and value propositions that connect institutional priorities to solution outcomes—powering campaigns, enabling sales, and increasing buyer relevance across academia, funders, and government. Storytelling in this role is not about content creation; it is about shaping how the market understands our value and translating insight into revenue‑impacting messaging at scale.

If performed in New York, the base pay range is $65,100 – $108,500. If performed in New York City, the base pay range is $68,000 – $113,400. If performed in Rochester, NY, the base pay range is $56,200 – $93,700.
