This role integrates strategy with practical tools to advance our loyalty offerings and retention strategies through innovative, data-informed, technology-driven programs.
Reporting to the Vice President of Global Marketing, you will be results-driven, capable of motivating teams to achieve significant milestones, and skilled in collaborating with international stakeholders.
Lead the development of new holistic loyalty programs, including digital platform selection, benefit structuring, and tier design.
Partner with web, IT teams, and external agencies for product development and maintenance.
Oversee the end-to-end execution of loyalty programs, ensuring smooth operation, automation of benefits, and seamless member experiences.
