A global toy manufacturer in Slough is seeking a Senior Manager for Learning and Development to lead the Consumer and Shopper Engagement Academy. You will develop training strategies and manage a global team, focusing on enhancing training for customer-facing employees. This role is a fixed‑term contract until August 2026. Based in Slough it follows our Best of Both approach with the flexibility to work 3 days a week from the office and 2 days from home. No relocation assistance is offered for this position.

The Senior Manager Learning and Development leads the CSE Academy a global team of training specialists and managers who design and deliver training onboarding and development activities to the CSE department with a focus on customer‑facing employees. The Senior Manager develops the learning strategy and training road maps evaluates current and future skill requirements across CSE conducts ongoing TNA and engages with the wider L&D team in order to put a successful L&D strategy for CSE in place.
