The ideal candidate will have a strong technical accounting background (ACA/ACCA), excellent IFRS knowledge, and experience in forecasting and budgeting. Qualifications

• Ideally practice trained (ACA/ACCA) with strong technical accounting skills.
• Experience with forecasting, budgeting, and data analysis.
• Strong Excel and systems confidence.

Responsibilities

• Full ownership of monthly management accounts.
• Preparation of accruals, prepayments, journals, and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Managing the end-to-end R&D cost process.
• Preparing forecasts, budgets, and variance analysis.
• Leading on complex accounting tasks and identifying process gaps.
