Location: Northampton Support Centre - 15 Basset Court, Loake Close, Grange Park, Northampton, NN4 5EZ

We are looking for an experienced & detailed Senior Management Accountant to join our Finance team.

What you'll be doing

• Ownership of monthly P&Ls for specific business units.
• Leading and mentoring team of Junior & Assistant Accountants.
• Reconciling NHS income in line with accounting standards.
• Prepare monthly variance analysis against budget.
• Ownership of allocated balance sheet accounts.
• Own and deliver commentary on monthly associate pay.

What we're looking for

• Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA).
• Experience of acquisition accounting (industry or in practice).
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• High attention to detail.
• Confident and organised in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working in a cross-functional environment.
• Effective communicator, both to financial and non-financial audiences.
