A growing finance company is looking for a Senior Management Accountant to take full ownership of monthly accounts and drive financial performance. This role will involve leading budgeting processes, mentoring a team, and partnering with various stakeholders for informed decision-making. Candidates should possess CIMA/ACCA/ACA qualifications and have strong leadership capabilities. A driving license is preferred due to occasional travel. Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Senior Management Accountant or in a similar role is required.
• Strong leadership skills and capability to mentor finance professionals are essential.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel is expected.

Responsibilities
