• 6+ years of experience in IT Support and Operations.
• Proven experience in IT infrastructure and Cloud systems planning.
• Ability to build rapport with stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Mentorship and oversight to 1st and 2nd line team members.
• Assist with evaluation and implementation of new technology.
• Monitor and action support tickets from customers.
