Overview

This position provides direct PA support to the Head of the Private Client Team and Equity Partner of the firm. It is a newly developed role based in our busy Cheltenham office and would suit a meticulous individual.

Responsibilities
  • Proactive diary management for allocated Partner.
  • Being the first point of contact for clients.
  • Administrative and business support for allocated Partner.
  • Preparing correspondence and documents through word-processing and audio typing.
  • Drafting and formatting letters, documents and forms.
  • Assisting with the preparation of all financial transactions as required.
About You
  • Experience within a legal or professional services environment, previous exposure to private client work being advantageous.
  • Sound IT knowledge including Microsoft Office suite and Teams.
  • Demonstrated history with diary management.
  • Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to confidentiality.
  • Accurate typing abilities; audio typing skills would be highly desirable.
  • History of client contact.
  • Ability to organise ever-changing priorities.
