Responsibilities

  • Proactive diary, inbox and international travel management.
  • Acting as first point of contact for Partners and key clients.
  • Managing the full matter lifecycle including onboarding, compliance, filing and archiving.
  • Supporting billing, WIP management and liaising with Finance and Credit Control.
  • Preparing and coordinating legal and property documents.
  • Liaising with internal teams including Document Production, Business Services and Legal Support.
  • Supporting business development activities, events and presentations.

Senior Legal PA – Private Real Estate (12 Month FTC)
📍 London | Hybrid (3 days office, 2 days home)

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Senior Legal PA to support Partners within a leading Private Real Estate team. The role is partner-focused and requires a proactive, highly organised individual who delivers exceptional client service and takes full ownership of their work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactive diary, inbox and international travel management
  • Acting as first point of contact for Partners and key clients
