Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced funds lawyer to join as Senior Legal Counsel for the UK, supporting our expansion into Europe. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years’ PQE, with expertise in setting up ETFs, advising on distribution, and a solid understanding of fund regulations, including SFDR and SDR. Experience in-house at an ETF provider or investment manager is advantageous.

The role requires a versatile lawyer with experience in retail and private funds, and an interest in broadening into areas such as corporate, data protection, employment, IP, fund launches, compliance, and regulatory matters.
